01. General Terms & Conditions

02. Account Registration & Verification

Identity Verification (KYC)

PP77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity for security purposes. Withdrawals above a certain amount may require a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

03. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your own registered payment number.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

04. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once confirmed, bets cannot generally be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• PP77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Some bets may not be accepted in Live Betting if there is a delay in confirming a decision.

Maximum Win Limit

Match Results

Results announced by official and recognized sports governing bodies shall be considered final for the purpose of settling bets. In the event of any dispute, PP77's decision will be final.

05. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
